一：JJ-NA200封盒机简介(Introduction of JJ-NA200 Box Sealing Machine)

本机的工作原理：JJ-NA200型自动封盒机采用电气自动化控制系统，该机主要分为三部分：输送部、上胶部和成型部。(The working principle of this machine: JJ-NA200 automatic box sealing machine adopts electric automatic control system, the machine is mainly divided into three parts: conveying part, gluing part and moulding part.)

其动作原理如下：将产品放入纸盒后，将盒子两侧耳和底耳折好后，均匀的放在传送链上，经传送链送至输盒部，输盒部与后段上胶部和成型部采用同步控制，使传送带与封盒链有较好的衔接，纸盒经过输盒部经链条送至上胶部，碰上光感开关，开始上胶，上胶后即进入成型部，经板折叠装置和塑胶钢压辊，纸盒成型，输送至末端接料容器，一个纸盒的封盒过程完成。(The principle of action is as follows: after putting the products into the carton, the two sides of the box ear and the bottom ear will be folded, and then put on the conveyor chain evenly, and then sent to the box conveying department through the conveyor chain, the box conveying department adopts the synchronous control with the gluing department and the moulding department in the back section, so that the conveyor belt has a better articulation with the sealing chain, and the paper carton will be sent to the upper gluing department through the conveyor box conveying department through the chain and then touches the light-sensitive switch, and then begins to gluing, and then enters into the moulding department, and then, through the board folding device and the plastic steel rollers, the paper carton is moulded, and then conveys it to the end of the feeding containers, and then the process of the sealing process of a paper carton will also be completed.)

五：本机机架配置(Native Rack Configuration)

1.整机框架采用方通焊接烤漆处理，外罩采用烤漆钢板封装，美观大方，安全可靠。(The whole frame of the machine adopts square pass welding and baking paint treatment, and the outer cover adopts baking paint steel plate encapsulation, which is beautiful, safe and reliable.)

八：主机器部分的调整及润滑(Adjustment and lubrication of main machine parts)

  1.机器部分的调整：在等待热熔胶加热的过程中，可以开始调整机器。(Adjustment of the machine part: While waiting for the hot melt adhesive to heat up, you can start adjusting the machine.)

①　将纸盒放在输送链上，开始调整侧面手轮，调整到适合纸盒的宽度。(Place the carton on the conveyor chain and start adjusting the side handwheels to fit the width of the carton.)

②　调整纸盒顶部挡杆：将纸盒放在输送链上，松开固定顶部挡杆的星型架，调整至

    合适高度。(Adjusting the top stopper of the carton: Place the carton on the conveyor chain, loosen the star bracket fixing the top stopper and adjust it to the the right height.)

③　调整折叠部分，开启电机，放入纸盒空运行（不必喷胶），调整好折叠钢板的位置，固定。(Adjust the folding part, turn on the motor, put the carton into the empty run (no need to spray glue), adjust the position of the folding steel plate, fixed.)

④　调整喷胶光电位置：放入纸盒，打开喷胶开关，根据纸盒宽度通过编码器设置好

喷胶长度，开启机器，通过纸盒上的起始胶点位置调整光电（也可调整qiang ti位置），使其达到佳的起始胶点，固定好光电。(Adjust the position of photoelectricity: put in the carton, turn on the glue switch, according to the width of the carton through the encoder to set the The length of spraying glue, turn on the machine, adjust the photoelectricity through the starting glue point position on the carton (also adjust the position of the gun body), so as to reach the optimal starting glue point and fix the photoelectricity.)

2. 设备润滑系统设计采用下列方式： (The equipment lubrication system is designed in the following manner:)

①　在主要部位传动轴采用单独人工给油。(Individual manual oiling of the main drive shafts.)

②　操作单中列表更换油周期：每月上油润滑。(Oil change intervals listed in the operating instructions: Monthly oil lubrication)

③　高热处轴承采特殊高温黄油润滑。(The bearings are lubricated with special high-temperature grease in the high-temperature area.)

④　油品种类尽量简化，避免润滑工作的困扰。(Oil types are kept as simple as possible to avoid lubrication work)

⑤　机转动手轮即可调整纸盒宽度，丝杆螺母应加黄油润滑(每半年一次)。(The machine can adjust the width of the carton by turning the handwheel, and the screw nut should be lubricated with grease (once every six months).)

九．安装、调试与售后(Installation, commissioning and after-sales)
